Since 1969, the self-titled Morning Minyannaires have taken responsibility for daily services at the Tree of Life throughout the year. Each weekday morning and evening, they ensure that the required minyan is present, a davener, or prayer leader, is ready to take the pulpit, the honors are properly distributed and the yahrzeit list is read publicly.

The Minyannaires are most famous for their warm hospitality, especially to those who have recently experienced a loss in their family. The continental breakfast which follows every morning minyan is open to all.
