For those of you whom were unable to make it, there is still a chance to get caught up. Rabbi Listfield will continue the study and discussion of the works of our distinguished guest speaker with a two-part series on the thoughts of Rabbi Kushner.

Rabbi Listfield reviews the best-selling work by Rabbi Kushner. The core of the book is a discussion of the questions of how can God be all-good in a world with so much tragedy and evil.

Thursday, May 29, 2008: "Overcoming Life's Disappointments"

This is another of Rabbi Kushner's books. Moreover, it's an issue that every one of us has to face. Rabbi Listfield leads a discussion, based on Rabbi Kushner, on how we can best meet the disappointments and frustrations that life inevitably throws at us.

Both sessions are at Tree of Life from 7:45PM-8:45PM in the Robinson Pavilion. Refreshments will be served.
